Responsibilities

• Responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and testing of embedded software in a fast-paced environment
• Maintenance and improvement of Software/Firmware Products
• Provide technical support to customers and handle documentation of project-related design and planning data
  

Requirements

• Good Masters/Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
• Must be proficient in C Language with strong debugging skills in any embedded domain
• Independent, self-driven with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communicator and reporting skills
• Possess initiative & a good team player
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for senior engineer position
• Minimum 2 years' experience in embedded software development with 1 full life cycle software project in a team
• Experience in developing software on a layered software structure using an operating system
• Knowledge of consumer audio/video standards and GUI development
• Familiar with Software Configuration Management concepts and tools
• Able to read and understand Japanese will be an added advantage
