Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of engineers to ensure that all project deliverables meet business requirements
• Report activities and progresses to higher-level management and provide leadership, direction and guidance to the team
• Coordinate activities with direct/indirect staff, work with customers and other departments to achieve targets set

Requirements

• Good Masters/Bachelor Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
• More than 6 years working experience in which 2 years in people/team management
• Familiar and have experience in microcomputer, software development lifecycle and tools
• Working knowledge of engineering processes and standards (ISO, TS, CMM etc) is needed
• Working knowledge in project management processes and tools

Skills

• Strong project management using positive influence and coordination techniques
• Effective communicator to all levels and good presentation skills
• Good planning, organization and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage, negotiate and influence others (both within and outwork team)
• Experience in consumer AV software development will be an asset
