Responsibilities
You will deliver professional, high quality and reliable customer service to our customers over the Service Counters. You will attend to the walk-in customers and handle customers’ enquiries relating to service schemes, spare parts purchase, redemption of premium gifts, as well as receiving and releasing of customers’ products.
Requirements
  • Pleasant and customer service-oriented
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • A team player, enthusiastic, with good follow-up skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team
  • A good Diploma with 1- 2 years of relevant experience in frontline customer service support functions
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
