Responsibilities

• Acts as a functional expert in managing Microsoft CRM application system
• Consults with business and IT partners to document, strategize, plan, manage and implement CRM projects within designated time and budget constraints to regional sales companies
• Oversees maintenance, upgrades and enhancements of the CRM system
• Anticipates, analyses and coordinates the impact on systems for internal projects, as well as change initiatives and strategic projects
• Researches implementation alternatives and provides design recommendations to both user and the technical team
• Provides education, training and technical support for functional area of responsibility
• Provides business oversight for CRM interfaces with outside data sources and destinations
• Create customized reports to extract database information
• Frequent travel within Asia Pacific region is required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Certifications in CRM packaged software preferred
• At least 4 years of related experience in analysing and documenting a customer's current systems and/or business processes, establishing business requirements and to identify how CRM would meet these requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience as technology and development lead for CRM projects with any of the software packages listed above or related middle market CRM packages
• Possess a solid technical foundation in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other major CRM packages such as Salesforce.com, SalesLogix, Onyx or Pivotal
• Knowledge of SQL Reporting Services or SQL Server.
• Demonstrated skills in architecture and design of database schema and ability to create stored procedures and optimised SQL query statements
• Knowledge of server infrastructure architecture, implementation and configuration skills are a plus.
• Strong data conversion skills are also an advantage
• Excellent written and communication skills are mandatory
