Responsibilities

• Ensure timely backups and adherence to company policy standards for all Unix Servers
• Oversee the centralized monitoring system for critical problems in production systems
• Standardization, centralized and consolidation of all Oracle Databases
• Ensure the smooth operation of all servers and complete documentation of all systems and activities
• Provide technical consultation and advise to management and project teams

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing and administering Oracle, Oracle Applications and Unix systems and in providing 24 x 7 production support
• Possess experience in managing auditing and security issues for Oracle Applications
• Strong communication and leadership qualities
